Since the 1940s, Hargrove has continually added to our extensive special event knowledge and capabilities. We thoroughly understand that the planning phase is as important as the actual event itself, and our special event team prides itself on a strict attention to detail balanced with a sky’s-the-limit focus on creativity.


Planning

At Hargrove, our goal is to provide stellar event experience that meets all of your organization’s objectives.   To do so, we lay the groundwork during the planning phase, when your dedicated account team collects as much information about your event needs as possible. 

Once we have that information, our expert 3-D designers, CAD engineers, detailers and estimating teams bring your concept to life by using state-of-the-art technology and old-fashioned creativity.


Execution

During the event production phase, an experienced event manager acts as overall liaison for the entire Hargrove team.  We research everything from fabrication ideas to installation methods to ensure flawless execution.

A detailed production plan outlines each element of the event and designates staff requirements for installation, maintenance, and dismantling of all décor, structures, and other materials. 

Hargrove’s in-house team of talented carpenters, engineers, painters, scenic artists, craftsmen, and technicians work collaboratively to create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind environment for your event.

When the Hargrove team and equipment begin to arrive onsite for installation, expectations have already been defined and communicated. The team implements all event requirements, and back-up equipment allows them to respond to changing circumstances or unexpected challenges.

During installation, we hold daily meetings and walkthroughs to address progress and confirm plans are executed properly. Once the event begins, a stand-by crew remains on site to maintain quality and respond to additional needs.


Follow-Up

Following the event, the project manager conducts a walkthrough of the facility to ensure all equipment and properties have been removed.

Key management personnel hold post-show debriefs to assess planning, production, and onsite quality levels.  Adjustments are made to systems and procedures to resolve any structural gaps in the overall management structure. 

We also meet with you to discuss successes or concerns and quickly produce and deliver post show reports for your records.
