Can you explain the benefits of renting an HMS from Hargrove? |

Hargrove's Modular System booths are a turnkey which makes exhibiting easy. We provide the
transportation, handling, installation labor, and dismantle labor all for
one published price. All you need to do is show up and sell! |

Do these units include carpet? |

Yes, all booth rentals (except the tabletop) include your choice of standard carpet. |

Yes, all booth rentals include daily vacuuming. |

The table top exhibit includes a skirted table in your choice of color. |

What is the cancellation policy for HMS units? |
| A |
Because of labor and material costs, orders cancelled before move-in will
be refunded at 50% of the original price. HMS items cancelled after show
move-in begins will not be refunded. Special graphics cancelled or changed after
the order is processed with not be refunded. |
