| Q. | May I place my order in advance and pay for it when I arrive at show site? | ||||||||

As with most vendors, Hargrove requires full payment when your order is placed. Orders received without payment will not be processed. |

Purchase orders are not considered payment. |

| Q. | If I overpay on my account, how will my refund be processed? | ||||||||
| A. | All refunds are processed after the close of the show. Credit card refunds will be applied back to the card within 14 days after show closing. Check refunds should be requested after you recieve your final invoice. | ||||||||
| Q. | What if I want to pay with a check or cash, but the discount deadline is soon approaching? | ||||||||
| A. | We will process your order at the discount rates if you submit a credit card number as a deposit. As long as we receive your payment prior to the show opening we will not process the credit card. |
