50 Years of Partnership Creating Multi-venue Meetings

Create concurrent meetings for World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund (IMF) with complex scope and strict security across 7 venues for over 2,800 government officials from member countries, 350 observer organization representatives, and over 800 members of the press

The Hargrove team transforms existing spaces in the buildings into various setups, such as meeting rooms, offices, cafes, lounges, live events, registration, and exhibition areas.

We work closely with both organizations’ team members to develop space usage solutions for areas of the buildings not meant for this type of global meeting. The use of tents, which are outfitted to withstand weather challenges, extends the space available in the buildings.

To unify the meeting locations, we designed, fabricated, and installed a large volume of exterior and interior graphics, including 20’ x 100 banners, 14-24’ tall custom-built graphic column surrounds, custom interior lit columns, window graphics, and wayfinding.
